In March, when World Graffiti Day was celebrated, the Federal District’s Department of Culture and Creative Economy and the Permanent Graffiti Committee launched the Graffiti at Home Festival, which opens a window for artists to present works and artistic interventions from their homes. The idea of the Festival is to show the work of local artists on social midia, creating a digital museum with what is produced in the region. The event was the alternative found by the group to highlight urban art in the midst of quarantine and make people aware of the importance of respecting isolation to contain the Covid-19 pandemic.
