‘Conecta Cultura’ brings a series of actions by the Federal District’s Department of Culture and Creative Economy to mitigate the sector’s losses after the suspension of the cultural activities, in response to the containment of Covid-19’s progress. One of the first initiatives was the launch of the Edital “FAC Apresentações On-line”, which will provide resources in the amount of R$ 2 million and cover actions such as training, shows, festivals and webseries. The entire process will be done electronically, in order to respect quarantine and social isolation measures, which are fundamental in combating the new coronavirus.
