Dear citizens! To ensure economic stability in an emergency, from today, the August 20, the work of some economic entities has been extended, as well as the mode of operation of public transport has been changed.
Now city’s public transport (buses, trolleybuses, minibuses) operates on weekends and holidays, the operating mode is preserved from 7 to 11 am and from 14 pm to 11 pm. But! Sanitary break from 11 to 14 hours for washing, cleaning and disinfection of vehicles.
Cafes and restaurants, as well as other catering outlets, are now open from 7 am to midnight, while food delivery and take-away services, subject to strict sanitary standards, are allowed to operate without time limits.
Malls, houses, complexes, stores, supermarkets also work daily from 7 am to 12 am.
Temporary restrictions on visiting parks, squares, boulevards, squares have been removed, and the activities of bicycle rental points have been allowed.
Recall that the activities of toykan and entertainment establishments (nightclubs, bars, karaoke clubs, hookah bars, cinemas, internet clubs, computer establishments, and others); children’s playgrounds and entertainment venues are still banned.
The above written measures are valid until a special order is adopted, that is, until the epidemiological situation in the territory of Bishkek city improves, and are mandatory for everyone, regardless of ownership.
