On 1st June 2020, Pol.Gen. Aswin Kwanmuang, Governor of Bangkok, presided over the meeting of the BMA’s executives. The Meeting had been informed about the preparedness for the teaching – learning model of the BMA’s affiliated schools during the spread of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). In this regard, Education Department had prepared 4 combined teaching – learning models, namely, 1) switching study days for different student class levels. 2) switching study days with even and odd dates for different student class levels. 3) switching student class periods on everyday class, and 4) switching student groups by dividing students of each class into two groups. Each model will be applied suitably for schools with differences of sizes and number of students.
Currently, Education Department has been rapidly gathering teaching models to meet the requirement of each school with approval from teachers and parents in order to be proposed at the next BMA’s executives meeting. The teaching – learning model for the special child will also be prepared.
