To ease the economic impacts of Coronavirus, the Municipality of Budapest decided that SMEs renting property from the municipality will be put on a rent holiday between the 1st of March and the 30th of June.
Based on the forthcoming law, tenants may request after the 30th of June to pay the fallen behind rent in interest-free instalments, to pay a reduced sum or request for an exemption.
Discount will be available to those who are qualified as an SME based on the company register and by Accounting Law.
