For comparison, this point was equal to 0.5on a normal working day before the emergency state and quarantine. At night, when everyone is sleeping, this level is 4.6. During quarantine, the maximum achievable pointcan be equal to 4.5, given the traffic of municipal services, police, ambulance, food delivery, etc. This indicator demonstrates improvementdue to comprehensive measures and the personal responsibility of the cityresidents.
