1. Starting March 16, all inbound flights to Beijing Capital International Airport from overseas as well as Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions of China should land at the D-zone of Terminal 3 and all the people entering Beijing from these flights should fill in health declaration form.
2. The strictest entry quarantine inspection will be conducted. All people entering the capital from overseas, including those entering Beijing from other point of entry and exit should be put on 14-day quarantine at designated facilities and expenses incurred will be paid by travelers themselves. People from overseas who have not yet finished their 14-day home observation should strictly comply with the community health management measures; anyone who fails to do so will face serious consequences.
3. Management of international flights arriving in Beijing will be strengthened. People must have their body temperature checked before boarding; boarding is not allowed for people with infection symptoms.
4. Anyone who gives false information, conceals illness and thus causes spread of the coronavirus will be held accountable in accordance with laws and regulations, and such conduct will be entered in the credit system.
